„Sehr sehr laut, ansonsten gut
Sehr schöne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, insgesamt schönes Gebäude mit netter Dachterrasse + Pool. Bequeme Betten und angenehme warme Duschen. Wasserspeicher mit Trinkwasser auf jeder Etage.
Die Lage ist an sich gut, da sehr zentral, aber die Zimmer sind nicht gut isoliert. Da gegenüber direkt ein Nachtclub ist, kann man wirklich schlecht schlafen. Trotz Ohrstöpseln, da der Bass noch das Bett zum vibrieren bringt, als läge man direkt im Club. Frühstück etwas dürftig und man muss sein Geschirr selbst spülen.

„Ganz schönes Ambiente und freundliches Personal
Das nette Hotelpersonal (Pamela) hat uns bei allem weitergeholfen. Wir konnten unser Auto direkt vor der Tür abstellen (kostenpflichtig) und waren direkt auf der Einkaufsstraße. Frühstück ist gut und kann auf der Dachterrasse genossen werden.
Der Club nebenan ist leider in der Nacht schon leicht hörbar

Sehr gut
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach meinem Check-Out konnte ich z.B. die Duschen auf dem Dach noch nutzen, was mir einen zusätzlichen Strandtag verschafft hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr schön. Auch wenn es keine 24-Rezeption gibt, ist immer jemand am Hotel und passt auf oder kann helfen. Das Hotel verleiht Strandtücher. Vielen Dank, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
Mein Zimmer war etwas feucht, was wahrscheinlich an der Klimaanlage und am Regenwetter lag. Das war aber nicht sehr störend. Tatsächlich ist es um das Hotel herum sehr laut. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts aber man sollte es wissen, wenn man empfindlich ist. ABER: Das Hotel hat mir von sich aus angeboten, das Zimmer zu wechseln (ich war im Erdgeschoss). Ich habe es nicht angenommen, da ich selber Abends unterwegs war. Die Lautstärke nimmt auch zwischen 1 und 2 Uhr stark ab. Wer selber das Nachtleben von Playa del Carmen erkunden möchte, wird eher nicht gestört und profitiert von der herausragenden Lage.
